Lindsay was born and raised in New Jersey and loves spending her summers on the Jersey Shore. Lindsay attended undergraduate school at Purdue University where she received a BA in psychology. She continues to cheer on her Boilermakers during football and basketball season!
After college, Lindsay obtained her Master of Social work at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She has spent the last five years working as a school social worker, helping children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Lindsay became interested in working as a myofunctional therapist after she attended a lecture with Dr. Acker. She realized many of the children she was helping in her school had airway issues, likely contributing to many of their difficulties. She was certified as an Orofacial Myology Specialist in September 2017 after taking Sandra Coulson’s 125 hour intensive clinical course through the Graduate School of Breathing Sciences.
In her spare time Lindsay enjoys cooking, traveling, visiting her college friends in Chicago, and her two kitties.
